| Bio: | My name is Nancy. I grew up in West Hempstead/Franklin Square, NY. I went to college at RIT in Rochester, NY where I met my now husband Dave. In 1998 I graduated with a BS in Electrical Engineering. After graduation I moved to Columbia, MD and worked for Northrup Grumman in Baltimore, MD for a few years. Dave and I got married in 2000. In 2001 we moved back to NY (Floral Park, Long Island). After the move I decided to change careers and worked for the NYC dept. of education as a middle school math teacher at IS 93 in Ridgewood, Queens. While teaching I was part of the NYC Teaching Fellows program which payed for my MS degree in education from Johns Hopkins University. In May 2005, my little girl Jean Andrea was born. I've been a stay at home mom ever since. It is the hardest, but the best job I've ever had. | |||||||
